Parking

Getting 1200 people into Felden Lodge to camp for the weekend is not easy, so to ensure the safety of all those enjoying the festival vehicles cannot be left onsite and access is to drop off only. Further details of where to park offsite will be posted out with your program and booking details nearer the time of the festival.

Toilets & Showers

For the weekend we bring in portacabins with running water and flush toilets for everyone to use. As well as extra toilets brought onto Feldens grounds we also bring in some showers. There is a limited number of 10 minute slots available to buy throughout the weekend from the information point.

Food

FF has its own self service restaurant, with many meals, hot & cold snacks and drinks available from early in the morning to late at night. Each day there is a special main meal such as The Sunday Roast, because lets be honest Sunday's wouldn't be quite right without a roast would they.
As group leader you may need to have costed in food before you leave, therefore there are £4 vouchers available to purchase for sole use in the Oasis which you can distribute to your young people in your group.
You may wish to cater for yourself or your group, if you do then the Oasis also has vital supplies for you to top up with such as milk and eggs.
This is staffed by the Felden Lodge catering team and volunteers who have the appropriate catering qualifications to ensure the best quality service for the whole weekend.

First Aid & Medical

There are fully qualified First Aiders from the British Red Cross on site all through out the weekend to deal with any accidents or emergencies. You'll be in safe hands.
For any other medical issues the Information Post will be able to pass on details of the local Doctors surgery should you need them.

Childcare & Creche

If you have young children you can still enjoy the festival weekend as FF has its very own kids club. So while the little ones are entertained by our trained people you can absorb the full unique atmosphere of FF.
