Claire Alexander leading WorshipFirm Foundations promises an action-packed programme of worship, speakers, workshops, concerts, activities, Bible studies, bands and lots of laughs.

Run jointly by The Girls’ Brigade England & Wales (GB) and The Boys’ Brigade (BB), taking place at the BB’s headquarters in Hemel Hempstead, it is for anyone from BB, GB or church youth groups aged 13 plus.

Since 1990 Firm Foundations has established itself as offering the best in Christian teaching, music and worship, attracting around 1,000 people each year to camp at Felden.

Top Christian bands such as Delirous?, yFriday, thebandwithnoname and 29th Chapter have all appeared on stage since the festival began.

Young people attending have been challenged in the Christian faith in messages from speakers as varied as Tony Anthony, Andy Hawthorne (Message Trust) and Shell Perris.

Felden Lodge grounds provide a safe camping environment so festival goers can enjoy the fresh air and fellowship with other young people and leaders from all over the country. All you will need to do is bring your own tents.


There are plenty of supplies to keep you going throughout the weekend whether you use the onsite catering to eat or cook your own food. A crèche and children's programme is provided for leaders' children leaving them free to enjoy the festival without having to worry.
